Our policy lasts for 15 days.
If 15 days have gone since you got the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us before returning the product in order to get a return address.
In some cases, we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that include your order ID (Order # 111111).
*In order to receive a refund you must send us a tracking number. Products that are sent without a tracking number will not be refunded!
*Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.
*Products on sale cannot be refunded.
*Products from the Intimate collection cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the product is returned (date of shipping back) more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, note that sale products cannot be refunded.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
